Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly plans

You may cancel at any time before renewal. Access continues until the end of the active billing cycle, and no further charge is raised after that.

2. Indicator and tool subscriptions

Cancelling stops future billing. Access to the indicator or tool ends when the paid period ends — it is a subscription licence, not a permanent one.

3. Project services

Cancellation after a project has started is subject to the work completed and the milestone commitments in your engagement agreement.

4. Usage-based services

Infrastructure and API usage accrued up to the point of cancellation remains payable.

5. How to cancel

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account details. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive that request.

6. Data after cancellation

Tell us in your cancellation request if you want your service data exported. Retention after cancellation is described in the privacy policy.

7. Suspension by Simplifyed

Simplifyed may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of the terms, or use that creates a legal or security risk.
