Risk Disclosure

Important risk and regulatory notice

Last updated 3 August 2026

Read this before purchasing any Simplifyed product or service. It sets out what we are, what we are not, and the risks that automation does not remove.

1. Technology provider only

Simplifyed provides software, hosting, automation tooling and operational support services. That is the entirety of our role.

2. No advisory or research service

Simplifyed is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. We do not provide investment advice, research reports, or portfolio management services.

3. No recommendation

Nothing on this website, in our documentation, in our indicators, or in any communication from us is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative. Our indicators display information; deciding what to do with that information is yours alone.

4. No return assurance

Simplifyed does not promise profits, target returns, or reduced losses. We do not publish backtest or live performance figures for our products. Any person representing otherwise on our behalf is not authorised to do so.

5. Market risk

Trading in Indian equity and derivative markets carries substantial risk, including the complete loss of your capital. Losses can exceed your initial investment in leveraged products.

6. Automation does not remove risk

Automating execution changes how reliably your rules are carried out. It does not reduce market risk, and it introduces operational risks of its own:

  • Strategy risk — a losing strategy executed automatically is still a losing strategy, and will lose money faster and more consistently.
  • Execution risk — orders can be rejected, delayed, partially filled, or filled at prices materially different from those expected.
  • Connectivity risk — internet, broker session, exchange or cloud outages can prevent orders being placed, modified or cancelled.
  • Platform risk — signal platforms, broker APIs and third-party services can change behaviour, rate-limit, or fail without notice.
  • Signal risk — indicators that evaluate on an unclosed candle can repaint, producing signals that were not present in historical data.
  • Speed risk — automated systems can place many orders faster than you can review them. Position and loss limits are your responsibility to configure and test.

7. Client decision responsibility

You are responsible for your strategy design, your risk limits, your order approvals, and your decision to participate in the market. You are also responsible for your own regulatory and tax compliance.

8. Fees are never linked to your trading results

Our fees cover infrastructure, delivery scope and support coverage. Simplifyed does not accept profit sharing, performance fees, or any commercial arrangement contingent on your trading outcomes.

9. External platforms

Broker, exchange, data-vendor, API and cloud outages are outside Simplifyed's direct control. We will support you through an incident, but we cannot warrant the availability of systems we do not operate.

10. No legal or tax advice

Simplifyed does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

11. Custody

Simplifyed never holds client funds and never has custody of them. Orders are routed to your own broker account using credentials you control, and your money remains with your broker at all times.
