Payments and refund handling

Last updated 3 August 2026

Read this before purchasing. It sets out what is refundable and what is not.

1. Monthly services

Charges for a service period that has already elapsed are non-refundable.

2. Project and development work

Completed milestones and accepted deliverables are non-refundable.

3. Indicator and tool subscriptions

Once access has been granted to a subscribed indicator or tool, the subscription fee for the current period is non-refundable. The product page for each item states its features and limitations in full — read them before subscribing, and ask us anything unclear first.

4. Usage-based charges

API and infrastructure usage already consumed is non-refundable.

5. No trading-outcome refunds

Refunds are not provided for strategy underperformance, market losses, or missed profit opportunities. Simplifyed sells technology and support, not trading results.

6. Exceptional cases

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate billing or verified billing errors.

7. Request window

Billing-related refund requests should be raised within 14 calendar days of payment, from your registered email address to [email protected].

8. Review process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's timelines.
